Game Day!!!! Outlaws Visit Wolf Pack

It will mark the first time this season these 2 teams meet.  The Outlaws are undefeated in their last 2 games and the Wolf Pack are coming off a thrilling double OT win last night in Ridge Meadows.

Mission City has been pretty disciplined the last 2 games and will be looking to carry that forward into tonight’s game.  One key for any team when facing an opponent for the first time is never give the other team the advantage.

North Van currently sits in 4th in the Tom Shaw Conference with a win last night as they leap frogged the North Delta Devils with 4 points in the standings.  Mission sits in the middle of the pack in the Harold Brittain Conference tied for 3rd with Ridge meadows for 4 points as well.

Who to watch for:

Mission City: Kolby Steen – After an impressive showing against the Pilots of Thursday night with a 2 goal performance, how can you not have Steen on the radar.

North Vancouver: Quinton Vitek – The rookie import from Allen, Texas leads the team in helpers this young season.

Final Thoughts:

Tonight’s contest should be a good one as both teams are fairly similar.  I have a feeling that the Outlaws vets are going to play a big role in the outcome of this game tonight.

Puck drop is 7pm at the Harry Jerome Recreation Centre and can be found at fasthockey.com PPV and LIVE free audio on mixlr.com/outlawshockey as Mike “The Boiler” Bordignon brings you all the play by play action.  Pre game show at 6:50pm.

As for now your up to date.  See you at the rink.
