GAME DAY!!! Outlaws Host Aldergrove Kodiaks

The final game of the regular season for the Mission City Outlaws will take place tonight as the team welcomes the Aldergrove Kodiaks to the MLC.

The Outlaws have had their fair share of struggles on the road this last half in particular but have been lights out at home down the stretch and will be looking for their 10th straight win on home ice.

The Aldergrove Kodiaks have clinched the top spot in the Harold Brittain Conference for a 2nd straight year.  The Outlaws sit in 4th place after the loss last night in Maple Ridge against the Ridge Meadows Flames, but will be looking to claim that 3rd spot from the Abbotsford Pilots with a victory tonight.

Season Series Matchup:

Both the Kodiaks and the Outlaws have 2 wins and 2 losses and 1 tie in the 5 games played so the season series advantage could go to either team.

Final thoughts:

HUGE 2 points on the line is probably the understatement of the year when describing this game tonight.  The Outlaws have never finished better than 4th place since the teams inception back in 2003/04 and although the team is happy to make the playoffs, I believe deep down this is another record they would like to break in this record breaking season.
