Pair of Trades for Outlaws

The Outlaws have traded the playing rights of Gunnar Neilsen to the Alberta Junior Hockey Leagues Bonnyville Pontiacs in exchange for future considerations.

Neilsen had a record of 10 and 4 in 14 games played for the Outlaws this season and had a 3.01 Goals Against Average and posted a .919 save percentage during that time.

As this is the grass roots level of junior hockey it is with great pleasure that we see Gunnar make the next step in his playing career and wish him nothing but the best with the Pontiacs this season.

On Wednesday the Outlaws announced that they have acquired the playing rights of Arshdeep Shergill from the Abbotsford Pilots in exchange for future considerations.

The 18 year old 6 foot 4 200 lbs. defenceman has played 45 games for the Pilots and has a record of 2 goals and 10 assists dating back to last season.

On behalf of the Mission City Outlaws Junior Hockey Club we would like to welcome Arshdeep to the Outlaws family and look forward to his future with the Outlaws.

As for now you’re up to date.  See you at the rink.
